We are looking for Analyst to join our Global Business Services, Enterprise Finance solutions team. You will report directly to Head of Enterprise Finance Solutions. The position is temporary (parental leave substitute), preferably starting already in June latest in July 2024 and ending the 30th of November 2024.

About the position

Your main tasks include:

Support in monthly management reporting process including data & report validation.

Participate in Scenario modelling process in OneStream including Long Term Plan

Participate to database creation for sensible machine learning (SML) functionality in OneStream.

Participate as active member of cross-functional team building new management reporting PBI dashboards

Building new OneStream Quick View reports

Support and co-ordinate various finance automation & digitalization projects

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems and is able to analyze information, report results and promote improvements based on findings in the organization.

Skills and qualifications needed in the role:

Studies of MSc. (econ) and/or background in finance and controlling, accounting or industrial engineering and deep interest in finance development.

Good analytical, networking and communication skills

Knowledge of MS Office -programs, Power BI, Azure and Snowflake

Basic knowledge on SQL, business intelligence processes & data warehouses

Experience on global reporting and consolidations tools (OneStream or HFM) and related Excel add-on modules (Quick View)

Self-driven attitude with good co-operation skills and ability to work independently as part of our international team.

Fluent in English both verbally and written, other languages are an advantage.
