Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall management and supervision of all treatment activities in PEPFAR geographies assigned to PATH.

Provide technical support to the PATH state teams in the implementation of the work plan for care, support, and treatment component.

Key point of contact with NACO & CDC for all treatment activities

Provide technical inputs to PATH Team members for special treatment interventions such as implementation of the DSD models, Tele-SACEP, and other innovations, as required from time to time.

Develop a capacity building strategy in consultation with the project staff organize training programs/workshops.

Coordinate with the SI for data analysis and supporting the data requirements of NACO, CDC & headquarters.

Liaise with various stakeholders such as officials from National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP), National Viral Hepatitis Control Program (NVHCP), National Health Mission (NHM) etc .

Coordinate with NACO for various programmatic requirements.

Participate in the National level review mechanism and provide strategic inputs for better implementation of program.

Develop proposals for evidence based sustainable innovations for treatment component.

Guide Team members in developing manuscripts for the project.

Responsible for overall strategic planning, performance review and supervision of PATH Team for treatment component
