Supply Chain Finance is a highly analytical team supporting Bose's global operations with informative analysis, recommendations, planning, and reporting to ultimately deliver the highest quality products and experiences to our customers when they expect them and at the lowest total cost, no matter where, when or how they buy.

Working on multiple projects at a time, you’ll be focused on the details while finding creative ways to tackle big picture challenges. You will also collaborate with other parts of the very hardworking finance colleagues from other functions on decision support for a wide range of activities.

About the Job

Serve as the senior FP&A lead in support of Global Supply Chain by overseeing our month-end results, annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecast process to ensure timelines are achieved and results are consolidated, validated, present and understood by senior business & finance leadership

Lead the development of key business driver forecasts for global distribution, refurbishment, repair, logistics, inventory and obsolescence in close collaboration with internal and external business partners to understand how corporate decisions will impact these forecasts.

Lead and/or support process improvement initiatives in reporting, forecasting and/or financial analysis of cost or service improvement initiatives in the business

A strong team player including ability and enthusiasm to manage and coach a global finance team

Work with VP-level executives to ensure that we hit our expense targets and participate in cross-divisional business reviews to help ensure functional plans and budgets align with business strategies

About You

Minimum Qualifications

7 plus years related work experience in corporate finance, preferably with a large global company

2 plus years of experience managing global teams

Natural Curiosity, including a willingness to learn/understand various aspects of Bose Supply chain and Global Operations

Bachelors degree in business, economics, mathematics, statistics or computer science

Preferred Qualifications

MBA with concentration in finance or economics.

Experience creating financial dashboards and reports with data visualization software, such as Microsoft PowerBI

Ability to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
