Job Description:

The Sales Operations Team is pivotal in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales force. As part of this team, the Sales Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting our sales strategies and operational procedures. Specifically, this role involves managing our CRM system, facilitating sales reporting and analytics, and assisting in the optimization of our sales processes to drive productivity across all sales channels. This position supports the seamless execution of the firm's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring that our sales efforts are aligned with the company's high-impact solutions globally.

The Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for maintaining the CRM system, facilitating effective sales reporting and analytics, and supporting the integration and enhancement of our GTM architecture. The primary goal is to enhance our sales team's productivity and efficiency by leveraging technology and data-driven insights.

Years of Experience

5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or administrative roles within a sales environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

CRM Management and Support:

Maintain and administer the CRM system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure optimal performance.

Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement and sales efficiency.

Provide CRM system training and support to sales staff to ensure maximum adoption and utilization.

Enter Call Notes on behalf of Sales Representatives

Assist with Filing Expense Reports on behalf of Sales Representatives

Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies.

Technical acumen, with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new sales technologies and tools.

Operational Support and Process Optimization:

Assist in the review and optimization of sales processes and workflows to improve overall sales productivity.

Support sales planning and strategy meetings by providing relevant data and analysis.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.

Data Integrity and Governance:

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data within the CRM and other sales tools.

Support data governance initiatives to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Experience working in JIRA or like ticketing system

Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools is essential.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.

Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams and departments.

Proactive, keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
