General Information

This position is important to have a sense of priority and responsibility in the attention to users. As well as dealing with internal and external suppliers. Participate in IS and business projects serving as a business partner of IS. Being the first contact with the user community for incident attention and new requirements associated with issues of service to the end user (Laptops, Mobile Telephony, Satellite, etc.) of IS

Responsibilities

Coordinate On-Site and Remote Support

Coordination and administration of service tickets and technical support.

Coordinate user training and monitoring of compliance with IT policies, processes and standards.

Oversee IT asset and account management for employee onboarding and offboarding.

Coordination of laptop repairs under warranty through HP and Apple support.

Identify recurring incidents associated with IT issues, investigate and propose improvements.

Use and administration of Active Directory

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of IT processes.

Console management and RSA devices.

IT asset management (Computers, Tokens, Printers, etc.)

Management of mobile communication devices with Intune (Cell phones and Tablets)

Satellite telephone administration

Coordinate the dealing with suppliers of services and materials.

Coordinate AV Room Support

Qualifications and Education

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in a project coordination role.

Experience in vendor management.

Process documentation Management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.

Attention to details even under pressure.

Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Highly motivated individual with experience getting things done in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge in Windows Support (Server, 7, 10)

Customer Service

Advance level of English

Education:

Bachelor's degree Computer Systems Engineering or related.

ITIL Certification (Desirable)
