Litigation Attorney

Job Summary:

Ekspert Counsel is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney for a full-time position in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.

Review, evaluate, and prepare cases for trial.

Prepare legal documents, including complaints, responses to motions to dismiss (MTD), and motions for summary judgment (MSJ).

Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods.

Prepare for and attend depositions, gathering crucial information for cases.

Prepare and respond to discovery requests and address any associated issues.

Attend court hearings to represent clients and present legal arguments.

Maintain consistent communication and provide updates to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged.

Qualifications:

JD and Admitted to practice in Georgia.

Must have at least 3-5 years of litigation experience.

Must have experience with First Party Property.

Compensation: Base Salary + 5% earnings on each settlement + 5% earnings on origination.
