Configuration Management Analyst

Position: Sr Configuration & Data Management Analyst

Location: Kent, WA

Duration: 6 month contract

This role will provide technical support, design and development of enhancements, as well as on-going maintenance for the Workday system. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, HRIS and be responsible for business process configuration, report development, security configuration, and system functionality. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise and commitment to quality to help the HR team improve our Workday solution.

We are currently looking for Workday Analysts with deep knowledge and experience in some or all of the following modules: HCM, Talent Acquisition (Recruiting/Hiring), Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and Workday Security.

Mandatory Skills

5+ years experience in Workday, including 3+ years configuring Workday (i.e., business processes, security, integrations) Experience managing Workday projects/configurations Experience building and maintaining calculated fields in Workday Advanced Workday Report Writing experience Experience working in ticket/case management system (e.g., JIRA)
