Compliance Specialist

Our Client, a Worldwide Financial Services Company, is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join their team in Phoenix, AZ

Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite/ 2 days remote

Pay: $25

***This Is A 5 Month Contract Open to Extension Or Conversion

As the Compliance Specialist, you will work with the Third-party Lifecycle Management Department which is responsible for conducting risk assessments and various risk related activities to ensure proper management of third-party vendors from a risk perspective

Your role would be responsible for the day to day operations of initiating and completing risk assessments, supporting customers and ongoing management of the vendors.

Duties

with the customers to complete risk assessments (through hosting calls, communicating over email, etc) and ongoing oversight activities.

and review data related to the vendor portfolios for multiple business units.

with the Procurement to ensure proper understanding and submission for processing.

control evidence to ensure meets the standards of the program, such as document and policy reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in the financial services industry focus on Operations, customer service and/or risk governance

Customer service focused and results-oriented person.

Prior experience delivering risk assessments; including audit background, compliance, Third Party Risk/Oversight, or other risk control functions.
