Wants it: We are laser-focused on only hiring the right person who really WANTS this role and sees this as a tremendous opportunity to grow, challenge yourself, take something that’s already working but make it exponentially better, and in doing so, learn more than you could have imagined. You WANT to learn the ins and outs of supporting inclusion goals, particularly in technical spaces, this IS the dream role you’ve been looking for. We value risk-taking, progress over perfection, and see failure as building blocks to success. We are obsessed with seeing how we can improve and optimize, and in doing so, are not afraid to ask for constant feedback so we can be better than we were yesterday. This is a high-growth opportunity role for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of a business that's making a real impact.
