Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD per annum, plus commission

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for candidates based in LA County or Orange County, CA, offering flexibility within these locations. The Director of Sales will play a crucial role in driving our sales operations, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners, with a focus on the LA Toy industry.

Collaborate closely with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in LA to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Travel as needed to attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Lead and manage sales team operations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the toy or technology industry.

Strong network and established relationships within the LA Toy industry.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop strategic sales plans and effectively manage sales teams.

Deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer trends.

Willingness to travel for trade shows, events, and client engagements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
