Our client, a family owned business in the building, landscaping, and professional services space is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to help the organization.
This role is ready to interview and start immediately!
Hourly rate $22-32HR depending on experience.
Union NJ - Role is In-office
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and Verify requests for proposals to vendors providing materials and
services
- Process POs and outside bids for review with Purchasing
- Place Orders and Coordinate Deliveries daily
- Assist with accounts payables
- Schedule and Coordinate projects
- Process monthly paperwork
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, or related programs.
- Ideally proficient in Vista by Viewpoint or related accounting software systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in office 7am-4:30pm M-F
