Business Systems Analyst - Solidworks

Day-to-Day Duties May Include:

Supporting the primary PDM tools such as PTC Windchill PDMLink, SolidWorks, PTC Creo, Ansys, Maya, Rhino.

Supporting non-CAD tools such as Kaltura (Video Management Application), Goldfire (Enterprise Search Application), Vuforia (Augmented Reality Application), Polarion (ALM), JIRA, Confluence (Collaboration) if needed.

Supporting new tools that are added to the existing tools based on the needs of the Engineering Team.

Reporting to IT Engineering Team Manager regularly on the status of the tickets.

Managing open tickets and making sure that they are being addressed on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

4-5 years of experience with PTC Windchill products (PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, ThingWorx, Windchill Work Group Manager, CAD Worker, etc).

4-5 years of knowledge and hands-on experience with SolidWorks and/or Creo.

Experience with delivering and supporting customer focused and results-based solutions

Knowledge and experience with understanding and guiding engineering lifecycle/workflow/change notices practices and approaches.

Experience with end user support.

Engineering background is a plus.

PLM/PDM domain experience a plus.

Linux experience for implementing/setting up/configuring Windchill PDMLink, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence is a plus.

Knowledge and experience with Ansys, Rhino, Maya a plus.

Knowledge and experience with other CAD Tools a plus.

Experience with ServiceNow a plus.

CAD Version control experience a plus.

Knowledge of Agile a plus.

Experience with non-CAD tools such as Kaltura (Video Management Application), Goldfire (Enterprise Search Application), Vuforia (Augmented Reality Application), Polarion (ALM), JIRA, Confluence (Collaboration) a plus.

Experience creating dashboards using Tableau a plus.

Training end users and creating training materials is a plus.
