DC/DB Retirement Plan administrator:
100% remote
Responsibilities Include:
Daily communication with Plan Sponsors via email, phone calls, and GoToMeetings
Eligibility Determination
Allocations, Reconciliations, and Terminations of plan experience are necessary.
Preparation of Forms 5500-SF and 8955-SSA and other government forms
Reconciliation of trust assets
Plan Document amendments and restatements as needed
Annual knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
Working knowledge of Cash Balance Plans
Contribution Calculation
Clearly communicate combo plans to clients/advisors etc.
Ideal Candidate has:
At least 2 years of retirement plan administration experience
No designations are required but they are always appreciated.
Experience in Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans will be considered
Experience in 100 plans or less.
A proven track record of accurately and efficiently performing valuation and trust accounting work for retirement plans
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work within stringent deadlines that sometimes require extra hours during our busy season
Excellent client communication skills
Ability to handle duties with confidentiality and extreme professionalism
Compensation:
$70k-$100k
