Software QA Analyst I

This Software QA Analyst position is in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command Code 03S (NAVSEA 03S) Digital Industrial Operations (DIO)Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) Program.

NMMES is composed of IT systems, applications, networks, and data centers that serve as business operations and financial management tools for over 45,000 users executing Navy ship and submarine maintenance, overhaul, and repair at facilities across the United States and worldwide.

The Software QA Analyst will support the NMMES Program Office as part of the Software Services Support Team in Norfolk, VA.

Position expectations and duties include the following:

Provides test and evaluation of ongoing research and development projects. This includes developing and documenting test plans and procedures, conducting testing, and evaluating and documenting results.

Prepares studies, plans, and analyses in support of the delivery order.

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment; works under general supervision.

Required Skills and Experiences:

Up to 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Must be a U.S. citizen.

A secret security clearance.
