We are looking for a experienced Client Service Associate (Teller) Float in our South Metro Region to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers. Currently seeking qualified candidates who will travel to all the following branches: Colorado Blvd, Englewood, Centennial, Lone Tree, Columbine, Southwest, Belleview Station and Quebec and potentially other branches. The home branch is the Colorado Blvd Branch in Denver, CO. previous banking experience preferred.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 with some Saturdays

Essential Functions:

Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.

Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.

Resolve clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.

Identify and maximize cross-sell banks opportunities through exploring needs.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.

Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.

Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.

Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $18.29 - $19 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
