Description:
30-35 hours/week
Attend 1 whole staff meeting per week at Fridays from 1:30-2:30pm (paid)
Assume senior management responsibilities among Front Desk staff and assistants
Adopt Connect First values and philosophy
Manage client interactions with Connect First
In-office, phone, text, email
Manage client accounts in software
Collecting payment, updating invoices, updating patient profiles
Assist with client office flow
Folder preparation, assistance with exams, directing patient traffic
Assist with Opening/Closing office

Compensation:
$20 to $27/hour
Begins with training
Includes meetings and out of office marketing/training events
Does not include staff social events
Bi-monthly* pay-period through ADP
