Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Estimator & Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform construction estimates and administrative project-specific tasks.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Estimates by performing On-Screen take-offs
Order materials, issue purchase orders and track shipments
Issue, log and disseminate responses to RFP's, RFI's
Draft scope of work and subcontract agreements
Maintain insurance certificates and logs.
Maintain cloud-based filing systems
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction estimating
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
Ability to read Civil, Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical Plans and specifications
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skillsCompany Description
