Customer Representative.

We have a great opportunity for a high energetic individual that likes to be hands on and work in a fast-paced company. We are a manufacturing company located in Racine WI servicing the Agriculture, Automotive, Medical, and Consumer Industries. We have an immediate job opportunity opening for a Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team! This position is a first shift full-time long-term position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Planning and scheduling - developing and coordinating assisting with the daily work schedule in line with customers' requirements and the day-to-day operations.

- Analyze and manage incoming customer (projects) orders from start to finish.

- Review and follow through with customers regarding their product status and discrepancies.

- Communicating effectively and accurately with customers and production.

- Follow up with customers on the quality and scheduling of the project and report to upper management.

- Analize S/R Data to be communicate to customers.

- Monitor Customer inventory.

Ideal candidate should have.

- Must have 4 to 5 years hands on customer's service in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong work ethic with the Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication and computer skills.

. Speaking Spanish is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Proven Strong leadership skills.
