Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated & driven candidate for a Project Coordinator position to join our team! This position requires the scheduling of appointments with customers, subcontractors and construction offices as well as return visits after follow up with our lead technicians as needed.
Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):
Phone Calls – Must be comfortable making and receiving calls, speaking with customers, homeowners and construction departments in order to schedule needed appointments.
Qualifications:
· Strong phone skills are a necessity.
· Excellent data-entry skills (written & verbal communication are a must!)
· Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Strong organizational skills needed.
· Construction office experience preferred but not required.
