We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in our property management operations by assisting prospective tenants through the leasing process and ensuring excellent tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Greet prospective tenants and provide them with information about available properties.

Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and amenities.

Process rental applications, including background and credit checks.

Communicate effectively with prospective and current tenants to address inquiries and concerns.

Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections and lease signings.

Maintain knowledge of local rental market trends and competitor properties.

Collaborate with property management team to achieve occupancy goals and maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
