Position Overview:

As a CNC Machinist/Lathe & Mill Programmer at Howard's Precision Machine, you'll play a crucial role in producing precision components for a variety of industries. From programming and setting up CNC machines to conducting quality inspections, your skills and expertise will contribute to the success of our operations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists who have CNC Mill and/or Lathe experience. Experience in setup and programming.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating CNC lathes and mills, reading technical drawings, and using precision measurement tools.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.

Problem-solving abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues.

Team Player: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
