We are currently hiring an experienced Account Executive to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Partner with our clients and their attorneys to provide a financial relief to them while their attorneys are working cases

Handle inbound and outbound calls from plaintiff's and attorney utilizing Five9 telephony system

Maintain all data (leads, deals, contacts) in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and utilize CRM to effectively manage your pipeline of leads and existing deals

Build strong relationships with Attorneys and their staff as well as the plaintiff's

Work closely with Customer Care Agents, Regional Account Executives as well as other departments to ensure clients receive World Class Service

Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as client needs evolve and case volume changes

Deliver unparalleled value, excellent service and provide a positive client experience

Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of Inside Sales experience with steady inbound and outbound call volume

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and generate sales on the phone

Driven to meet goals, generate results, and overcome obstacles

Advanced business acumen and understanding of sales

Successful negotiations, presentation, and problem solving skills

Accurate and professional written and verbal communication

Demonstrated customer service orientation

Ability to think and act independently within a fast paced multi task driven environment

Strong organizational and planning skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ability to use company CRM

Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred
