Responsibilities
Administration of the agreements between Business, Commercial and customers
Contract administration and audit tasks
Rebate and commission administration
Ensure SOX documentation exists for Rebate reconciliation
Pricing entry into SFDC or other Eco-system Tool (e.g. SAP)
Formula Price calculation
Sample Entries in SFDC
Ensure SOX documentation exists for pricing approval validation
Customer Master Data set-up needs
Quote management: track, respond and follow-up for new existing products
Qualifications
• Fluency in English • 2-3 years in a customer service, sales support or related role• College or university degree• Knowledge of basic accounting principles• Commercial and supply chain process knowledge, ideally rebates, pricing, commissions and contracts• Experience in MS Office package and preferably in using SAP, BI, PROS• Ability to actively follow-up open task • Troubleshooting/ problem solving skills• Positive and friendly attitude• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to multitask and work under stress
