Job Description

Vanish Farmwoods Brewery in Leesburg, VA is looking for one bar manager to join our 60 person strong team. We are located on 42245 Black Hops Lane. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

Manage all areas of the bar including inventory levels, cleanliness and safety

Scheduling Staff

Hire, train, and develop new bar team members

Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner

Qualifications

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of bar equipment used

Licenses or certifications that apply in the area

Experience in a bar position preferred

We are looking forward to reading your application. This is a 40 hour salaried job. There will be a 60 day trial period.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Wednesdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
