Salary: $16-18/hour

We are now hiring three Office Assistants in our corporate office in Overland Park. Each Office Assistant will gain an understanding of each department at Shamrock and act as a "utility" player between the departments offering assistance where needed. This includes but not limited to: front of office, back of office, insurance/collections, legal, customer care, and finance.
Job Duties:
Filing and various administrative tasks
Reading insurance paperwork
Creating to-do lists
Every day is different
Fast-paced work environment
Helping with legal situations and paperwork
Updating Excel/Google Sheets
Analyzing reports
Qualifications:
Knowledge of G-Suite preferred
Positive "can-do" attitude
Willingness to help
Ability to take direction and complete tasks
Warm personality
Prior office/administrative experience is a plus
Computer savvy
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday + an hour for lunch
Compensation/Benefits
Pay to start at $16-18/hour depending on experience
Medical, dental, vision after 30 days
PTO accrued after 30 days
401K after one year
