Radiology Associates of Ocala is looking for full-time Scheduler for a busy imaging call center.
As a Scheduler you will be responsible for scheduling multiple imaging exams for referring physicians and patients in a professional and friendly manner. Gather and input insurance data and patient demographics. Provide quality customer service while creating the best first impression for our patients.
Additionally, you will:
Answer a multi-line phone system in a courteous and friendly manner.
Schedule appointments for multiple radiology clinical sites, assuring the diagnosis is appropriate for the exam ordered.
Obtain and enter accurate demographic and insurance information into our RIS system.

What you will need to be successful:
High school diploma or GED
One year minimum preferably in a medical office setting
Knowledge of radiologic procedures desirable
Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
Good computer and customer service skills a must
