Position Summary: The Client Implementation Manager will have responsibility for leading new client onboarding activity and the implementation of investment changes for new and existing client mandates.

The role will also be directly responsible for managing the operational components of manager transitions and transitions of client assets into new investment strategies and funds.

The Client Implementation Manager will work directly with clients, and internal and external stakeholders on activities.

The role will require developing a solid relationship with our Legal & Compliance teams, to ensure agreements reflect the nuances of the investment solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities: * Demonstrate ownership on assigned events and drive to completion.

* Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each new client transition.

* Coordinate and host ongoing onboarding project calls with clients and their counterparties.

* Facilitate the legal review process between the client and internal Legal Team to ensure that agreements are negotiated in a timely manner.

* Work with operational stakeholders to ensure that all client set up requirements are considered and executed efficiently and in a risk-controlled environment.

* Collaborate with the Team to ensure that clients' legacy investments are transitioned efficiently from their current structure to their new investment lineup.

* Ensure that all new client onboarding Compliance requirements are met.

* Coordinate all aspects of trading related to client onboarding and transition events.

* Responsible for providing operational support to new discretionary client accounts via operational team members.

* Be risk-aware and contribute to culture of continuous improvement.

Education, Experience and Licensure: * A minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting and/or custodial oversight, advisory management operations, portfolio operations or client services, and a track record of progress and development (Asset Manager and/or Client facing experience a plus). * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where adherence to procedures and controls is critical.

* Strong analytical and organizational skills, clear and effective communication, both written and oral; ability to multi-task.

* Positive attitude & proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, while maintaining ownership over individual responsibilities.

* Strong performance in leading a project, a team, or an initiative.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
