has an immediate need for Scheduling Support for the Project SHIELD Office at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Military experience is a plus.

Hybrid work schedule.

Description: The Integrated Master Scheduler within the M-SHORAD Product Office of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Missiles and Space SHIELD Project Office will lead the coordination of complex project schedules, ensuring the seamless integration of activities and milestones.

Qualifications: * Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and prime contractors to navigate intricate project dependencies, resolve scheduling conflicts, and conduct thorough schedule analyses.

* Reviews monthly Schedule Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) alongside functional departments and prime contractors.

* Ensures contractual compliance and alignment with project objectives.

* Provides training documentation support to include the development and maintenance of individual training and pre-formatted materials.

* Provides training documentation/materials for review, updates materials, and standardizes training books.

* Develops and maintains standard operations procedures.

* Supports maintaining and exercising alert notification procedures, and supports developing and executing training with other agencies and organizations.

* Demonstrated the ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Responsibilities: * Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant scheduler experience.

* Demonstrate proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and mastery of critical path methodology.

* Familiarity with scheduling standards such as the NDIA Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG) and the GAO Schedule Assessment Guide will be essential for aligning schedules with industry best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Experience in organizational management, organizational behavior, strategic, tactical, operational planning, and support.

* Secret security clearance or higher or have the ability to obtain a clearance.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.

* Able to work independently or under only general direction.

* Familiarity with EVMS standards is a plus.
