Job Overview:

The Productivity Solutions team is looking to hire a Senior Application Developer who will be responsible for planning and directing projects to help design, build and maintain the sustainable, scalable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of software products.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, tune and implement reporting and BPM platforms while collaborating with Development, Enterprise Architecture and Product teams.

Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.

Work collaboratively with QA, DevOps teams to adopt CI/CD tool chain and develop automation.

Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product/project support.

Develop end to end design for the platform, solution delivery and execution and code quality.

Assess opportunities for platform/application and process improvements.

Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems.

Application resiliency, scalability and performance design

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

Developer with minimum 5+ years of extensive design and implementation of complex systems

Extensive development experience with the SSRS, T SQL, Tableau, and Stored Procedures

Experience working with source control tools like TFS, GIT, TeamCity, Octopus etc.

Experience designing applications, developing APIs and integrating with vendor APIs

Core Competencies:

Excellent understanding of system integration. Experience implementing platforms with legacy and modern technical tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferences:

Strong skills in querying languages like SQL and relational databases is required.

Experience with Camunda a plus

Experience with Agile Methodologies: Scrum/Kanban

Experience guiding, coaching, and developing with other engineers

Pay Range: $103,360-$155,040/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
