Job Summary Job Summary Under the supervision of the site administrator or designee and the general direction of the school chef prepare a wide variety of hot and cold dishes in large quantities; prepare and serve school meal items; set up salad bar, preform clean up at any nutrition services station on a school campus; and, related work as required.
