CNC Machinist

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC milling machines and be proficient in reading blueprints and measuring instruments. The CNC Mill Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.

CNC Mill Operator Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.

Load raw materials into the machine and adjust machine settings to ensure proper operation.

Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or deviations from specifications.

CNC Mill Operator Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Mill Operator or similar role.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.

Ability to work with decimals

Comfortable working with close tolerances (thousandths)

Ability to set up own job and run first part

Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code is a plus.
