Qualifications
Paralegal certification OR a minimum of a bachelor's degree from, an accredited college AND three years of experience as a Trust and Estate Paralegal
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in multitasking
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Responsibilities
Billable hour target 1550 (whether billable to client or not)
Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing legal documents in relation to wills, trusts, POA, advance directives, etc.
Client intake interviews, collect information, assist in prep of comprehensive estate plans
Manage client files
Provide support in probate and trust administration matters, filing court documents, etc.
Assist attorneys in scheduling and preparing for court appearances
