Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team!
This person will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding for 8 countries in the Adriatic region.
Role and Responsibilities
Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
Interviewing candidates and suggesting shortlisted ones to the Hiring Manager
Writing follow-up reports on shortlisted candidates
Sending online psychological testing and tasks to candidates
Preparing and sending offers to candidates, preparing contracts, creating personal profiles for each employee in the internal system, managing personal data changes and related documents
Coordinating hiring process with agencies in Adriatic countries
Onboarding of new employees
Tracking probation period and collecting feedback from managers
Check-in meetings with new employees

Preparing recruitment and HR reports
Skills and Qualifications
University degree, preferably in Psychology
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an international environment
Experience with Workday is an advantage
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Excellent organization, coordination, and time management skills
Proven ability to work in a team
Strong capability to systematically and logically analyze information
Proactive approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving attitude
Always challenge processes for further improvement and continuous innovation
