Who We Are

PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers.

What You’ll Do

This role will lead the development, testing, and support of our customer-facing web applications, predominantly using ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL Server. As a Senior Developer, you will be deeply involved in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and collaborate closely with other senior developers, architects, and key stakeholders to ensure top-notch solutions.

In this role, you will:

Maintain and optimize our existing application suite.

Design, code, and implement new features based on gathered requirements.

Ensure the quality of your work through unit testing and documentation.

Resolve production issues efficiently, minimizing any potential impact on our users.

Collaborate with team members to derive innovative solutions and streamline processes.

Convert business requirements into viable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Continuously keep up-to-date with technological changes and trends to drive innovation.

What You’ll Need to Join Our Team

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ASP.Net and MVC.

Demonstrated expertise as a Full Stack .NET Software Developer.

Proficiency in SQL with a strong foundation in SQL Server.

Familiarity with .NET Core solutions and adept at troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, and JavaScript.

Solid understanding of Web Services and REST API implementation.

Comprehensive knowledge of general programming concepts.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive, motivated mindset, emphasizing reliability and responsibility.

Desire to continually learn and stay updated with software development trends and techniques.

Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) will be considered an advantage.

Familiarity with the SCRUM methodology and project management tools like JIRA is beneficial.
