POSITION SUMMARY Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager MISSON As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent to support our company's growth and success.

You will utilize your expertise in sourcing and networking to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates who align with our organization's values, culture, and goals.

RESPONSABILITIES Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies accordingly.

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, networking, and social media, to identify and attract passive candidates.

Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for specific roles.

Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our applicant tracking system ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing to continuously improve sourcing strategies and techniques.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 4 years of experience with sourcing and/or full lifecycle recruiting preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). A foundation of organization; having an ability to efficiently track candidates across multiple roles Strong communication & organizational skills Proven experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter, with a track record of successfully identifying and engaging top talent.

Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online sourcing platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
