Superintendent

Looking for a commercial Site Superitendent in Edmonton. This role involves coordinating field work, ensuring strict adherence to specifications, and monitoring progress to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

Minumum of five years of verifiable experience in ICI construction is a must

Worked on projects valued between $1m-$50m

knowledge of construction scheduling, trade scopes.

to read and interpret documents such as IFC drawings, site instructions, contracts, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure on-time completion.
