What We Do

We create high-quality, best-in-class video content at Epic Games for our portfolio of products. From working with teams on creative kickoffs to putting the finishing touches on final exports, we’re all about collaborating with teams to inspire and deliver videos of Epic quality.

What You'll Do

Epic Games is searching for someone who loves video games, has mobile device experience (Android/iOS), and a strong troubleshooting background. You’ll work with multiple teams to support mobile and console video capture efforts across our entire Fortnite ecosystem! Your efforts will allow us to deliver best-in-class marketing videos at the highest quality possible to the masses. A strong understanding of mobile troubleshooting, including the knowledge of sideloading applications, is important as well as working with multiple people across multiple productions to ship amazing video content.

In this role, you will

Be required to support epic video productions across consoles and mobile devices which requires you to manage multiple mobile devices and manage console development kits

Troubleshoot issues with devices and builds while using a mix of manual and technical testing

Show project management skills, proficiency in time management, and flexibility to work on multiple projects at once

Support smoke testing sessions to find critical path bugs/blockers to defend against project delivery risk; responsible for prioritizing and creating JIRA tickets

Maintain and update Gameplay Capture Team technical documentation

Work with multiple teams across multiple time zones

What we're looking for

Proficient in technical operations with mobile devices, spanning from Android and iOS to Nintendo Switch platforms

Experience with filing tickets using platforms like JIRA or similar ticketing systems

Proficiency in documenting processes and solutions in databases such as Confluence, Wiki, or Knowledge Base systems

Highly organized and receptive to learning new skills and technologies

Possesses gameplay experience, with a focus on mobile gaming

Having experience in Unreal Engine is a plus

Collaborative team player with a proactive, self-starting approach to tasks and projects
