The Senior Traffic Coordinator is responsible for assigning all marketing collateral across the Creative Department, working closely with the Traffic Lead and Marketing Department and all stakeholders in the business to ensure that creative outputs consistently fulfil business requirements. The Senior Traffic Coordinator will lead and direct all work coming into the Creative Department, create detailed schedules and makes sure that work is equally distributed between creative teams and Designers.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Create and manage workflows and schedules.

Assign and prioritise tasks/projects.

Manage the creative team and Designers workload and deadlines to ensure work is delivered on time.

Liaise with the Marketing Department and provide timely communication and feedback.

Closely monitor tasks/projects on a regular basis in order to track progress and inform stakeholders on the status of task/projects.

Build and maintain effective relationships within the team as well all stakeholders in the business.

Attend daily stand-up meetings with the Head of Design and Traffic Lead.

Work closely with the Traffic Lead.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

At least 5 years experience managing an Ad Agency Traffic Department.

Certification in Project Management advantageous.

Time and people management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Jira, Monday.com etc.

Understanding of print, TV, radio and digital.

Project and account management experience.

Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment.

Good at problem solving.

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate (strong verbal and written communication skills).

Advanced planning and organisational skills.

Strong attention to detail, precise and organized.

Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
