Job Summary

Responsible for technical service and repair issues

Provide onsite customer support

Repairs, tests, commission and maintains equipment

Ensure compliance and proper documentation in accordance with all local established policies, procedures and regulations

Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance

Inspects equipment performance to verify their efficiency, investigates and initiates corrective actions to ensure equipment quality and reliability

Job Description

Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.

Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.

Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.

Monitor equipment performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.

Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

Deliver demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.

Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements.

Monitor inventory and reordering materials when needed.

Conduct training and refresher workshops to distributors.

Writing reports and presenting findings to country business leaders on a regular basis.

Preferred Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in Medical Device industry

Strong in technical service and repair

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Meticulous and service-oriented

Able to travel oversea occasionally to provide technical support to customers and distributors
