As a QA Automation Engineer in our feature team, you will operate as a tester and test automation developer in different CRM feature developments projects.

What you'll be doing

Test Automation with Tricentis Tosca

Analyze technical and non-technical requirements and translate them into both manual and automatable scenarios

Apply strong testing best practices to develop test design and test approach

Execute tests, record results and communicate results to team members

Execute both manual and automated scenarios, analyze results and act accordingly

Assist other team members in whatever is necessary with test design, test approach, testing, story requirement clarification and providing feedback to the feature development team

Work with business analysts, designers, POs, and developers to improve the overall experience by suggesting improvements

Maintain expert level of knowledge in testing best practices.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile principles and how they apply to testing

Work with the feature team to strategize quality assurance within the sprints

Possess a good understanding of Salesforce.com (Sales and Service Cloud)

Effectively manage individual workload for multiple assignments or projects

Lead testing effort for medium-to-large sized products, from concept to delivery

Demonstrate a passion for learning new processes and technique

What you'll bring along

Bachelor's degree in Infromatics/Business Administration or similar field

At least 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation

Previous experience with TOSCA

Certified in a modern testing and/or test automation solution

Experienced in designing manual and automated test scripts

Proficient in designing complex test data models

Understanding the basics of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud business processes

Understanding complex business scenarios

Proficient/fluent in written and oral English communication

Keen on working in an international work environment with colleagues from all over the world
