Account and Contact merging in Salesforce
AM Customer master data corrections and maintenance
Customer and User administration for online services; Warranty Claim creations
Supporting Sales desk operations like Quotation booking, Order booking, Credit and Debit note creations
Labour Rate maintenance in Salesforce for USA customers; Create and analyze defined reports
Your Profile:
Any graduate with Min. 3-5 years of Professional experience in Customer Service and Technical Service. Call Center experience is preferred
Very good knowledge of Excel is must & experience with Analytics platforms like Power BI
Knowledge experience in SAP
Experience in handling tickets and application support
Very good English language skills
Need to understand requests from various team and respond it the appropriate solution
Willing to work in fixed night shift
