Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process through various job portals.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Conduct training and onboarding formalities for new employees
Maintain a database (MIS) of all the candidate information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems.
Experience :
1-3 years of experience as HR Recruiter.
