Job Specifics:

6 OR's: 2 dedicated to GI, 4 regular OR's

Supervision 3:1 or 4:1

Good variety of cases:

GI

General

Ortho

Podiatry

ENT

Ophthalmology

Urology

Plastics

Gyn

Pain (nerve stimulator implants, not ESI injections)

Healthy peds only. (Ear tubes, tonsils, strabismus, fractures, circumcision)

No Neonates.

Blocks done by docs.

Typical Day:

7:30 OR in room time

7:30-3:30 OR blocks

Rotating Peel list for CRNA leaving order each day.

No nights, no weekends, no call, no holidays.

Benefits:

$196,000 salary

$10,000 yearly discretionary money for CME, dues, insurances

401K with 4% profit sharing

40 days of PTO

Holidays include; New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and usually the Friday after Thanksgiving) and Christmas Day.

Malpractice covered by group.
