Requirements

Persona: Experienced Design Intern for Creative Productions

Background:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field.

1-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, multimedia production, and video editing.

Skills:

Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Demonstrated ability to create a wide range of design assets including brochures, posters, infographics, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.

Advanced knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro for producing professional-quality videos.

Experience in shooting, editing, and producing engaging video content for social media platforms, client presentations, and promotional campaigns.

Familiarity with tools like Canva for quick design tasks and social media graphics.

Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas effectively, while adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, interpret design briefs, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
