Who we are

NSRCEL, is the start-up incubator of IIM Bangalore. Over 585+ incubated and over 1300+ ventures impacted as part of our pre-Incubation and Launchpad program, NSRCEL is deeply committed to mobilizing the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country to foster innovation and economic growth.

NSRCEL is also supported by Niti Aayog, Department of Science and Technology, and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.

Additionally, NSRCEL has partners with corporates like ICICI Securities, Maruti Suzuki, Capgemini among others to support entrepreneurs in focussed sectors like Mobility, Fintech, Healthcare and Social Entrepreneurship.

About the program

Impact Orbit program supports Tech-enabled Social Innovations that demonstrate a potential business model to innovate, implement and create social impact while looking for scale and sustained business model.

The program incubates early to growth stage For-profit and Non-Profit ventures with high-growth potential to build scalable models for sustained impact.

The program is sector agnostic and are open to support tech innovations with a sustained social impact.

What will you do?

Incubation and operations Management

Nurture, build & serve portfolio of impact startups across diverse sectors.

Design, manage and optimize incubation SOPs.

Designing the program interventions and implementation

Map the founders and mentors based on the founder’s requirements

Identify key problems in start-ups and help them navigate through these problems by bringing in suitable support and interventions.

Manage multiple stakeholders ranging from the founders to the ecosystem partners.

Monitor and evaluate the progress of participating start-ups, track key performance metrics, and prepare reports for the programs

Network and drive partnerships with players in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Conduct research and gather relevant information on industry trends, market opportunities, and best practices to support program development.

Stay updated on the latest developments in the start-up ecosystem and the development sector to provide informed assistance to program participants.

Requirements

What you will need to bring to the table

You are comfortable engaging with and handling multiple stakeholders.

You have worked with entrepreneurs in some capacity.

You have 3-4 years of experience in the incubation or impact space, with sufficient exposure to the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country.

You have superior analytical skills and ability to solve highly ambiguous problems.

You have a high bias for action and ownership.

You are great at verbal and written communication.

You have team orientation and interpersonal skills.
