Our customer is an international ophthalmic optics company that designs, manufactures and markets lenses to correct or protect eyesight. Its headquarters is in Charenton-le-Pont (near Paris), France.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling software administration and support: review/test/deploy new software versions, pro-actively follow-up on the platforms performances (capacity planning), platform incident follow-up and resolution in relationship with the Software Editor, assistance and expertise relay.
Publishing related KPIs.
In-house framework maintenance and support: collect/review/implement change requests, offer expertise regarding the framework to the other groups, propose new solutions to enhance the framework functionalities. Framework-related incidents follow-up and resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
At least 5 years’ experience in IT support and maintenance, System analysis, System developer or related fields.
CA-Autosys Workload Automation R11.3.5 (and up) scheduling software administration.Familiar with complex Jobflow designs under CA-Autosys environment
Good knowledge of the Perl programming language and modules management (Perl v5.14.x and above).
Knows how to use/work with a Source Management system (SVN, gits, PVCS,..)
Knowledge of other dynamic programming languages (ex: Python) will be considered if willing to learn and develop Perl expertise by him/herself
Work set up: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
