Manage AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Quarterly Forecast, Annual Budget, Cashflow & Group Accounts.
Prepare financial statements, including by function & store level.
Manage SAP B1
Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management or shareholders
Corporate governance & internal controls (adherence to SOP)
Financial planning & analysis
Costs control & analysis
Stock control & management
Capex control & management
Credit evaluation of new & existing customers
Coaching & training of finance team
Manage external auditors & tax agents to complete statutory deadlines
Key person on legal matters & working closely with external lawyers
Manage special projects
Requirements
Degree in Accounting
Member of MIA, ACCA and or CPA Australia
At least 12 years of experience in retail, F &B or FMCG Industry, including 3-4 years in external audit (Big 4)
Ability to engage other functions within the organization & external stakeholders
Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint, as well as Power BI.
