IMPACT

What You’ll Do:

Support the Community Manager in training staff concerning leasing, computer entry, marketing, maintenance, and general office operations.

Accept and write resident service requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Complete a monthly market survey and maintain first-hand knowledge of the competition. Shop the property’s competition on a regular basis.

Assume responsibility for the operations of the property, including reporting systems, in the absence of the Community Manager.

Daily post all rents, deposits and application fees received from residents.

Greet, qualify, tour and lease apartments to prospective residents.

Requirements:

Licenses and Certifications:

Blue Ridge Companies requires you to have a valid driver's license to drive the golf cart.

Experience:

Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and other certifications/licenses as required by local jurisdictions.
