Finish Carpenter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our team! This position is hands on, performing trades to meet meet project objectives. We are looking for someone with a broad understanding of the construction process including but not limited to the specifics limited below. BCB offers medical, dental, vision benefits and 401k plan.

Responsibilities:

Perform variety of hands on trades, including (but not limited to) finish carpentry, framing, door and window install and decking

Thorough understanding of scope of work for remodeling and new build projects

Maintain clean and safe workspace

Work with employees and subs to get job completed

Review and communicate production status reportsQualifications:

Perform trades at high level without rework

Must know how to use all tools effectively and safely

Construction trade and aterial (including material purchasing) knowledge

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well in teams
