Position: Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter - BPO / ITES

If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience sourcing ITES/BPO lateral and experienced talent, possess strong domain knowledge of the ITES vertical, and excel in using sourcing methodologies to achieve targets, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

· Source, identify, and attract qualified ITES/BPO candidates for lateral and experienced positions

· Utilize a variety of sourcing methodologies to find top talent

· Build strong relationships with potential candidates

· Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer

· Maintain accurate records and reports

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO recruitment (lateral/experienced)

· Strong domain knowledge of the ITES vertical

· Expertise in sourcing methodologies (e.g., Boolean search, social media recruiting)

· Target-driven and results-oriented

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Must have a laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection
